How do I send you my logo for custom clothing?
Uploading your design is simple! Once you select your garment, you can upload your logo directly on the product page. For the highest quality print or embroidery, we recommend uploading high-resolution files (PNG, JPEG) or vector files (SVG, AI, EPS). If you need help with your design, our team is happy to assist.
What types of printing and embroidery do you offer?
We use top-of-the-line techniques to ensure your personalised apparel lasts. Depending on the garment and your design, we offer professional custom embroidery, vibrant Direct-to-Fabric (DTF) printing, and durable heat transfers.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom workwear?
We cater to businesses and events of all sizes. While we do not have a strict minimum order quantity for most of our standard personalized garments, ordering in bulk unlocks significant discounts.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate uniforms and event merchandise?

Can I mix and match garment sizes and colours in a bulk order?
Yes! As long as the customized design and logo remain the exact same size and colour, you can mix and match garment colours and sizes within your bulk order to suit your entire team.
Can I order just one customised item as a gift?
Yes! We love creating unique, one-off pieces. Whether it’s a personalised sweatshirt for Mother’s Day, a custom t-shirt for a birthday, or a bespoke hoodie, you can order a single item with no setup fees.
What is your return policy on personalised clothing?
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized garments for sizing or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a defect with the printing or embroidery, please contact us within 30 days, and we will make it right.
